Independent product
Fun & Games
An independent product from the studio: a multi-tenant SaaS platform for operating youth-sports leagues, from organization setup down to a parent confirming attendance. Product definition, design, and full-stack engineering carried end to end.
Fun & Games is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for running youth-sports leagues, spanning the full operational range from an administrator configuring an organization to a parent confirming a player's attendance. It addresses a fragmented workflow: scheduling, communication, and availability typically scattered across disconnected tools, with one coherent system.
Multi-tenant from the ground up
The platform is architected as multi-tenant SaaS: one system serving many independent organizations, each with its own leagues, seasons, teams, and roles. The administrative console was built first, as the surface that generates the data every other screen depends on. No downstream view is meaningful until an operator can run a real season.
Privacy-first identity
The users least able to consent to their image appearing online are children, so the product removes the option entirely. In place of profile photographs it ships a generated-avatar system and a complete illustrated world, giving every player a distinct identity with no real photo uploaded.
Design decided by constraint
Several defining decisions are deliberate removals. Coaches cannot enter a final score: a result has a single authority, the referee, and a score with two possible authors is a dispute. Confirmed availability drives the lineup builder directly. The data model is organized around the family rather than the individual account. Restraint, not feature count, is what keeps the product legible.
Outcome
A complete, multi-tenant product with a production backend, defined, designed, and engineered end to end. Evidence that one practice can carry a product from problem to launch without losing coherence.
